General Terms of Use

By using MalMali store services, you accept all terms and conditions stated on this page.
Information registered in your user account must be accurate and up to date. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information.
Product prices may change without prior notice. The final price is the price registered at the time of order completion.
Product images are for display purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
MalMali reserves the right to reject orders suspected of fraud.

You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product if there is a technical defect.

Technical defect: Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product through customer support.
Keeping the original box and packaging with all accessories is mandatory. Damaging or writing on the box voids the return guarantee.
Issues caused by improper use (impact, water damage, power surge, incorrect installation) are not covered.

Specification mismatch: If the delivered product differs from the technical specifications listed on the website, you must report it within 24 hours through customer support. (The standard for mismatch is the technical specifications listed on the site, not the product images.)
Physical damage: If the product has physical damage upon delivery, it must be reported to support within 24 hours.
Important: If the mismatch is identifiable from the packaging (such as color or model), the product seal must not be broken.

The right to cancel is only for end consumers (wholesale buyers are not eligible).
The product must be completely sealed and untouched. Opening the packaging, even if the product is unused, voids the cancellation right.
The cost of returning the product in case of cancellation is the responsibility of the customer.
The cancellation request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds are only deposited to the bank account of the user account holder.
The refund process begins after receiving the returned product and expert approval.
Refund deposit takes 3 to 7 business days after return approval.
For online payments, the amount is returned to the same payment card.

Orders are shipped via express post and Tipax courier.
Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address.
If the recipient is not available, the package will be returned to the post office and reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Product warranty is according to the conditions listed on each product page.
Warranty covers technical defects and manufacturing flaws, not damage from misuse.
A purchase invoice is required to use warranty services.
Warranty review takes 3 to 10 business days.
